This is mainly and inticaster intirrupt build
Start out with
Arcane Conundrum cast Migrain
then ether lord
when they try to cast you just intirrupt them
while your skills recharge use blackout so they dont have any time to do
anything
Any new skill suggestions are good too

Edit: Some notes. The max cast time length you can achieve is 250%. Migraine or arcane conundrum are 200%. By casting both you get 250% instead of 300%, this was caped about march I think, when all the other caps came into play.
Also ether lord is extremely retarded. You lose all energy=no interrupts for you. Well you do get 10 energy fast, but still stupid, steals like 9 energy, and because you start with this, they probably have pretty full energy pool. The only use of ether lord is keeping them at 0 energy after you drained them to 0 and even for that use it sucks.

While I don't really mind bad grammar, I think actually reading the skilldescriptions before putting together a build helps. So before calling people a dumbass, read up.
Ether Lord :
(Hex Spell) You lose all Energy. For 5..9 seconds, target foe suffers -(1..3) Energy Regeneration, and you experience +(1..3) Energy regeneration.
So apart from the questionable usefullness of stacking of Conundrum and Migraine instead of using a simple cover hex, you lose all energy.
Your energy - All = 0

Let's leave aside the comedy of you telling a CS major to do his math for a minute, and just observe the major auto-pwn you just did yourself because of failing to do your homework before posting.
Also before I played necros, I played mesmers exclusively and now I often play Me/N specifically for mesmer's energy management. I wouldn't say I have no idea about mesmer's energy management.
